From the initial booking Ketut was most helpful providing pricing for our full itinerary which was very driver, Jun was there to pick us up from Lombok airport. His car was very clean. He spoke good English & was friendly & handed us over to Jerry who took us over in his private boat again very clean to Gili T & back to Lombok again 3 days later where Jun was waiting for us again with a smile on his face & took us back to the airport. The driver was friendly and drove carefully. His vehicle was modern and air-conditioned. He answered all my questions and request nicely. he even recommended the time we should leave during departure based on our flight even gave a really good rate for the whole trip, airport transfer by van, and fast boat transfer to Gili trawangan. The van was big and comfortable for the whole took a late flight, so we arrived at Lombok close to 9pm. Our guide waited patiently while we get luggage, a pit stop at the convenient store, and also ensure we took the fast boat safely. Booked a Blue Bird to come pick us up from the airport and the local taxi drivers attacked him with a stick to drive him away from the airport car-park!We had to cancel as local taxi drivers would not allow us to get in the car and were forced to use on of their own vehicles. Quite a discomforting situation so just stick to local taxi’s and don’t pay more than what the blue bird app calculates for your destination. I was able to communicate easily with Ketut at Lombok airport taxis by email, and then my participants booked directly with him by email. All found their drivers waiting at arrivals at the correct time and the drivers were safe. I strongly recommend using them as we found the taxi touts at the airport to be overly aggressive and on our first trip had the scariest drive to our hotel ever! What a nightmare coming out of the airport getting transport. Its about an hour trip from the airport. Cost should be about $20, we had an app Go-jek which helped us get the price its like Uber.
